Bug 12210 – build patch for cdcd 0.6.4 (currently masked)

cdcd 0.6.4 seems to be masked because it doesn't build - but the
fix seems to be the same as that for cdcd-0.5.0: to swap the
libraries in a LIBS definition in configure.in

actually the reason its masked is because readline-4.2 is masked in 1.0 ...

drobbins,seemant: what do you think ?

Spanky, its gonna break a few things, python calls that use readline (repoman)
for instance.  Things need to be recompiled ...

I dont know if you want to maybe create a update script that could recompile
the needed programs.  Another alternative is to create a symlink for the old
readline lib ... you will have to test that it works though.
