Bug 122010 – x11-misc/xkeyboard-config lacks dependencies

"emerge xkeyboards-config" only works if you have installed "xkbcomp" and "dev-perl/XML-Parser" but it doesn't check if those exist before compiling.

It usually helps if you don't mangle the ebuild name in your bug report... :P
