Problem: 
The distfiles for xxe are not mirrored, they are fetched directly from  http://www.xmlmind.net/xmleditor/_download/. The version 3.0_p1 is no longer available, the ebuild is therefore useless.

Proposed Solution:
Bump the version to 3.1.0.

In bug #124618 I posted another updated ebuild for xxe-3.1.0. Can you please push it to the portage tree?
The current ebuild is very broken: xxe 3.0  is no longer available for download.
