When saving a document in OpenOffice Writer for the first time after launching OpenOffice, I get an error saying:

Error loading BASIC of document
file:///opt/OpenOffice.Org/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.

The dialog appears twice, the 2nd immediately after the first, and after that the document is saved normally.
