X based viewer for netCDF files.  I hope I got all the fields right; this is my
first ebuild.

I suggest this should go in app-sci/.  It depends on the X and netcdf packages.

Oops, made a mistake already.  This should be ncview-1.92d.ebuild, not
ncview-1.92b as I indicated originally.

Hi Jordan.

Thank you for your submission!
I have cleaned-up and committed the ebuild. 
BTW, why were you creating /lib/ncview directory? It comes out empty and is
anyway improper place to keep anything (/lib is supposed to keep *necessary for
booting* system libraries, everything else goes under /usr). I have removed the
corresponding dodir.

The ebuild is keymasked. Please test.
