emerging sys-libs/gpm-1.20.1-r4 or sys-libs/gpm-1.20.1-r5 installs some of its files into the following locations:

--- /--prefix/usr/
--- /--prefix/usr/sbin/
>>> /--prefix/usr/sbin/gpm
--- /--prefix/usr/include/

--- /--prefix/usr/bin/
>>> /--prefix/usr/bin/hltest
>>> /--prefix/usr/bin/mev
>>> /--prefix/usr/bin/gpm-root
>>> /--prefix/usr/bin/disable-paste
>>> /--prefix/usr/bin/mouse-test

when using an et_EE locales.

Using sys-devel/flex/files/flex-configure-LANG.patch seems to solve this
problem for both ebuilds.
