$> view /etc/fstab
prints the string "hostfs" in read whereas it's a valid string under user mode linux and therefor should be printed in the same colour as ext2, ext3, vfat, ...

Ok, I'm seriously considering removing the keyword recognition from fstab.vim... We get so many of these... Ryan / Aaron / Tom?

Here's the patch to solve this.  Its pretty simple.
