The <abstract> for the nano basics is:

"This is a simple introduction to nano. 
To get you familiar with it's basic functions, fast."

However, the usage of To in this case indicates continuation from the previous
sentence.  Therefore, I recommend the following approach instead:

"This guide is meant to be a simple introduction to nano.  It will quickly help you to become familiar with its basic operation."
