leigh@Amiens ~ $ xffm xffm: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libxffm_basic.so.1: undefined symbol: parse_panel_config leigh@Amiens ~ $ Version 4.2.3.2 of XFCE4 leigh@Amiens ~ $ xffm xffm: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libxffm_basic.so.1: undefined symbol: parse_panel_config leigh@Amiens ~ $ I downloaded the source tar from xfce and found that if ./configure --enable-panel=yes is used then xffm 4.2.3 will run. It is not enabled in the ebuild The ebuild includes --enable-all, which should include --enable-panel. "emerge xfce4-panel xffm" and if the problem is still there, reopen. meanwhile, this seems "a dead" bug. besides, xffm is replaced by thunar upstream. we still have xffm is stable, but not for long. |
