Bug 119949 – control-center-1.4.0.5-r2 won't configure, fails on imlib

control-center looks for imlib >= 1.8.2 and doesn't find it even though system has 1.9.14 installed. Bug reported previously in http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=117591 by other user:
