Ebuild for biopython-1.41
This ebuild is exactly the same as the one for biopython-1.40b, and works perfectly.
Reassigning to sci herd, as it really should be under it. Adjusted metatadata accordingly. Old entries in it seem to be from really long time ago, before we had sci properly setup.. I'll try to take a look at this if I have time today, but if whoever in sci herd feels like bumping it be my guest :). George New version in the tree (btw, if the ebuild is the same, it is better to just say so (which you did), without attaching another copy of it). I actually did a few cleanups to installation - prior one was gzipping html and pdf files.. Please check it out. George It worked here (x86 pentium4m python-2.4). Thanks. |
