Lutz Rogowski has developed an entire framework for synchronising KDE-PIM data between hosts, to keep your address and calendar data up-to-date and in sync on a desktop and a laptop, for example. I'd be very grateful if you could have a look at it and make it available via Portage. Don't be misled by his website, by the way, it's NOT just relevant for Zaurus users, even though the author puts much emphasis on this. The "pi" in pi-sync stands for platform-independent...
