This is an implementation of the Observer/Observable pattern.
Observer/Observable lets software developers build loosely coupled object meshes. What this means to you: your software will be more stable and easier to refactor.

The program is needed for the Smart DJ amaroK script that can be found at   
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=31509  
  
There is no need to submit a ebuild for the amarok script, because it can be  
installed easily from the amarok-script manager
