Website goes round in circles you click BUGS ontop of page then NEW or SUBMIT A NEW BUG and it sends you back to 

http://bugs.gentoo.org/enter_bug.cgi 

everytime instead of sending you to 

http://bugs.gentoo.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Gentoo%20Linux

Very Annoying a sense of direction is required when building a website.

Sorry, hundreds of people keep filing bugs every day and don't have any such issue. I don't see what's your problem here.
