Tried to emerge ipod-sharp-0.5.12, but received error about missing the mono.unix.native namespace.  Upgraded mono to 1.1.12.1 and all was well.  According to google, mono.unix.native namespace was added in mono-1.1.10.

Sorry, forgot to mention I had some version of mono-1.1.9.x installed when I first tried to emerge ipod-sharp.
