Ok, I thought something didn't look right. emerge info should have been in additional comments (which I didn't see). Apologies for that. I'm not sure how to fix it or else I would. your acpi in bios is not compliant with stands! try passing 'noapic pci=noacpi no_timer_check' to your kernel and I am sure 90% of your problems will be answered. Closing as none of this is a bug with gentoo but a bug with hardware unrelated to gentoo. |
