I just played around a bit with Descent 2. I'm a bit curious that in
Portage, the package ist described as standing under the GPL v2. This
seems to be incorrect, as http://www.descent2.com/ddn/sources/descent2/
shows. Also, the readme.txt from the package distributed by
http://icculus.org/d2x/ claims that this is a proprietary license.
Shouldn't the license note in the ebuild be changed?

Other packages might also be affected.

Perhaps it should be similar to /usr/portage/licenses/D1X
