cadaver0.22.3 is out. may have some new compatibility benefits with neon in portage. Simple rename of the existing ebuild works.

Changes:  This release adds support for neon 0.25.x and enables internationalization support again.

This is a simple rename. Only tested on AMD64.

cadaver-0.22.3.ebuild (removed cruft)

- Since we can use the system installed >=net-misc/neon-0.25.4, the ssl USE flag is no longer pertinent to cadaver, only neon (setting it on or off does nothing); changed this.
- added nls USE flag.
