it doesnt have metadata and doesnt seem to have a maintainer (here or upstream..) I added test to RESTRICT for now. Closing, reopen if you have a patch. I've analyzed the behaviour of the Makefile, the test target isn't only a check of the functionality of rman. Is a complete build and install of a test version of rman probably used by the author of the software on its own work direcrotry. Since there isn't a test of functionality, the solution provided of restricting test is the best solution. The package lacks a maintainer and the last upstream release is dated july 2003. The author doesn't use sourceforge bug tracker and suggests to send him bugs via email. So there isn't any visible activity of the project. It seems upstream dead. If there is any alternative to this package for those that depends on him, this is a candidate for removal. *** Bug 138581 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
