Smarter, faster etc. temp solution:
ebuild /usr/portage/app-text/libwpd/libwpd-0.8.2.ebuild manifest

I think this is what dev forgot to do.

this looks fixed now, if you still have this problem, try another mirror and then re-open the bug.
