Please read man gcc before setting void C[XX]FLAGS like -mcpu=i686 -march=pentium4. There's no way for gcc to compile code fully optimized for P4 ABI/instructions and not to break compatibility with i686 at the same time.

removed -mcpu=i686, it compiles with no problems - see duplicate bug!
