Description Ryan 2005-12-23 06:50:21 UTC
I have been using dispatch-conf to merge the updated conf files for a while now, and I have been quite happy with all the changes over the last year or so. One of the features I enjoy the most is the auto-merge of cvs-headers, ws only, and un-moddified files.

One thing I wished it would do with this information, is either when it does the auto-merge, just send something to the screen with a press <enter> to continue, so the user can see which files have been updated, or (the way I think would be the nicest) display a report at the end display of the showing which files were merged manually, which ones were just cvs-headers, etc, etc.

I realize the later is more work, but I think it would be more useful. Though the first one mentioned would be the easiest.

I am not the sharpest with python, but I can sort of read and understand it, and in doing so I think the first suggestion would just be a simple one or two lines in the if statement around line 131, but I can't be sure on that.
