- added dvdbackup to dependencies since it is required for DVD < 4.3GB
- added libdvdread to dependencies -> required by vamps
- added dobin for vamps_lxdvdrip and play_cell_lxdvdrip. Vamps is the new standard streamtool. Dedicated Vamps ebuild is not usable!!

Think it is not a duplicate.. the ebuild I provided handles some new stuff with version 1.50. The ebuild in 115197 does not take care of these.

So please attach your improved ebuild to the other bug, we really don't wish to track a version bump in several bugs.
