This ebuild can be used for dutch text-to-speech software Nextens. Can be enabled using the nextens useflag.

Can you please update your ebuild for festival 1.96-beta?  Also, can you please attach a unified diff between your ebuild and the one in the tree?  That would be much easier to review than the entire ebuild.
