Have you tried with a a 1.4 JDK? If the problem is present with 1.4, please re-open. i can't try cause i haven't a jdk 1.4 installed for harddisk space problems. [java] .....................

Well I had an outdated commons-httpclient, but updating to the newest version did not fail either. I even can't reproduce this with 1.5. The workaround for this is to add an entry to /etc/portage/package.use: dev-java/commons-httpclient -junit This should prevent unit tests from running. yes with -junit it merges but you'd better investigate why junit tests fails thanks |
