![]() I can see reason for having both packages... The question is, which of us should rename their pscan? Mine might make sense as printf-scan. This sounds good to me, as changing the EMBOSS program would require patching quite a bit of documentation (and user's scripts would break). Robin: If you are still on vacation, I can fix it myself if you like. Robin: I will need this fixed to stabilise emboss 3.0.0-r1. Are you OK with the proposed fix? Robin: Since I got no answer and this is pretty trivial, I decided to fix it myself. I hope this is ok with you. *whacks bugzilla* I'm sanely sure I commented on this, but it was around the time that jforman was doing stuff with bugzie. No objections to pscan being changed, but put a [R]DEP in emboss of: !<pscan-oldver To ensure it gets upgraded if it is present. Done. Thanks for the hint. |
