I loathe the new file saving dialog that comes by default with Deer Park. Gone is the ability to type the path to the file yourself, you have to inefficiently navigate the filesystem with your mouse. This is particularly bad if you have directories with an enormous amount of files in them as it take forever to load and forever again to scroll to the file you need. This is often the case when you have to choose a program to open a file, which uses the same dialog. You actually have to go to /usr/bin/, wait for the hundreds of files to load, and scroll down to the one you want. 

If it's possible to make the old dialog the default, I'm in favor of this. If not, I'd at least like the option to use the old method.

Among other terms, I searched for "deer park" before submitting this bug. The search came up with no results despite the fact that #115250 has "deer park" in the title. How can we avoid submitting duplicates if the search doesn't find them?

You need to prefix your search with 'ALL'
