I have this bug since evolution 2.4. re-emerge don't solve the problem. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new account (pop3)
2.Try to change information via account properties
3.

Actual Results:  
If something change, the validate button can't be clicked.

Expected Results:  
can modify account without delete it and recreate it after.

Updating to gnome-extra/evolution-data-server-1.4.2.1 seems to fix the problem.
