I have a server here that runs MySQL. I'm used to use MySQL Query
Browser/Administrator on Windows to administer and use the mysql server. Both
Windows packages come with libmysqlclient.

It would be insteresting to be able to pull only libmysqlclient from Portage
when the full RDBMS is not needed (client connectivity only).
