There is a small script named pcf2vpnc.
Despite it doesn't work correctly any longer since the password decryption site
has changed the "response" it needs LWP::Simple to start.

pcf2vpnc testfile.pcf

No point in adding dependencies for broken scripts. Report this upstream so that
the script gets fixed
