Bug 115538 – kdebase 3.4.3 will not compile - error in KDCOPWindow

I did an "emerge sync" on Monday 12th December.

(via an ssh connection from work [hence the Windows Browser ID]) I did "nohup
emerge -u world &"  I have done this many times before. Previous builds of KDE
have gone smoothly.

The compilation of KDE initially failed on kde-libs.

Searching through Gentoo forums I found that the Samsung drivers used for my
laser printer / scanner may be an issue. I followed the advice and the libs
compiled OK

HOWEVER the compilation now fails on kde-base.

I've pasted in sections from nohup.out and the details from emerge info below in
the hope that they'll help identify the problem

Thanks in advance for any fixes you can offer.

If KDE 3.5 is due out in a few days, I'll be happy to abandon this and wait
