Description Olivier Fisette (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-12-13 12:51:28 UTC
I would like all supporting arches to please stabilise
sci-biology/prints-38.0. Here is a (small) test case using EMBOSS:

$ pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/distfiles/seq/phikz-orf144.pep
$ wget pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/distfiles/seq/phikz-orf144-ref.pscan
$ pscan -emin 2 -emax 20 phikz-orf144.pep phikz-orf144.pscan
$ diff -u phikz-orf144-ref.pscan phikz-orf144.pscan

There should be no difference between the two files.

Thanks in advance,
