i was not able to complete the emerge --sync. while updating portage cache it printed out the message ">>>Updating portage cache :  88!!! Cannot resolve a virtual package name to an ebuild !!!This is a bug, please report it. (virtual/x11-6.8)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --sync
2.or emerge --metadata
3.
Actual Results:  
the emerge --sync didn't finished and reported that there is a bug with virtual/x11 ebuild

Expected Results:  
it should of updated portage cache
