The value of key-delay in /etc/evkeyd.conf is always ignored.
Key delay is set to its default value and a warning message
"invalid key delay, using default" is output to evkeyd.log.

Attached patch fixes the problem (which is due to a "cut-and-paste" error
in config.c).

This is fixed in the upstream CVS (on sourceforge).
