After netpbm-10.29, netbpm requires X (10.29 is safe).
Because netpbm-10.29-r1 depends media-libs/jasper and jasper depends opengl
and opengl depends X packages.
I hope that removing media-libs/jasper from netpbm.

A little correction.
I hope that control installing jasper on netpbm by "USE" flag.

Just removed "opengl" flag, the problem resolved.
