Hello there,

=app-text/gsview-4.6 provides its own epstool. Newer ebuilds depend on epstool
instead of providing their own epstool, so they are ok.
So, in order to avoid file conflicts, it'd be nice if epstool blocked
=app-text/gsview-4.6.
