attached is an ebuild for the open geographic datastore interface (ogdi) 
i suggest that it be included under dev-libs

Thank you for your submission!
I have cleand up and committed the ebuild (btw, you needed to pass some of the
vars you defined in src_compile to make install, exports are not getting
transferred between functions).
Please test (the ebuild is keymasked).
