Emerge failed at autoconfig stage while checking for dependencies with libidn.a
being not found for a test

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check libidn and php not installed
2. emerge php

Please, post some real error messages; also post the output of emerge -pv
dev-???/php so that we can see the use flags and finally post the *full* ebuild
name and version including category so that we can see whether you are using
dev-lang/php or dev-php/php. We really cannot guess.
