it's still a problem to this day. If I start a firefox and visit a flash site, none of the other programs works with sound. Please reopen if you can reproduce with flash 9, as apparently this uses ALSA. |
I used to have a button in my kde panel that made my firefox work with sound... I just edited the kde launcher thing to show : artsdsp /usr/bin/MozillaFirefox now I had to edit the mozilla launcher script (line 144) to include artsdsp into the mozbin directory Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
