Hello,

The orinoco driver prevent the monitor mode for orinoco cards that have a
firmware superior to 8.00.

* Monitor mode disabled on Agere 8.xx firmware - it's broken.
* BAP timeout increased - needed for Intersil firmware.

Attached is a patch to allow user to force the monitor mode anyway.

Please get this accepted upstream first - then it will automatically appear in
portage with the next release.
