emerge samba results in a sandbox access violation for /etc/krb5.conf.

The error is:
access_wr: /etc/krb5.conf

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge samba
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Sandbox access violation
access_wr: /etc/krb5.conf

The build does not complete

Expected Results:  
emerged without sandbox access violation.

# emerge -p samba

Upgrade your sandbox to 1.2.12 at least...
