Pybliographic does not display error messages because it uses a deprecated and
now dropped (as of dev-python/gnome-python-2.12.0) function.

Fortunately the patch is easy.

Construct a workalike function and install it into the module namespace. I love
python.

Upstream says that this bug is fixed long time ago.
Closing as fixed.
