Bug 114074 – Openoffice 2.0.0 refuses to build with lprng installed

I cannot use CUPS in our network environment and therefore 
have lprng installed (and -cups set via the USE variable). However,
the new openoffice ebuild seems to be ignoring my -cups setting.
The lprng is identified as a blocker then, and cups is listed
as one of the packages to be installed before openoffice 2.0.0.

It may be relevant that there was a similar bug 27748 reported 
before with the old openoffice version.  However, I never saw this
problem before.

Expected Results:
