emerging the gnome-art package it doesn't install the proper .desktop
file in /usr/share/application
so you can't find the gnome-art item in the "Desktop" menu
(the one in the Gnome menu bar)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gnome-art
2. click on "Desktop"  -> "Preferences"
3. You will not find gnome-art
Actual Results:  
To make gnome-art available you have to create the .desktop file
by yourself

Expected Results:  
Install the proper .desktop file

I'm using gnome-art 0.2

the attached ebuild (which is in cvs too now) should fix this bug, however, i'd
really prefer if upstream  would handle this in future, as it is not a
gentoo-specific 'bug'.
