If fam-2.7.0-r2 is emerged and automake-1.6 isn't installed, the following
message appears in a loop :

waiting for Client.o.lock to be removed

The fam ebuild should check the automake-1.6 installation

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
If automake-1.6 isn't installed :
1. emerge fam
2. 'waiting for Client.o.lock to be removed' appears in a loop
3. emerge =sys-devel/automake-1.6.3
4. emerge fam
5. It's ok

Actual Results:  
fam can't be emerged
