I'm attaching the updated ebuild. Two notes:

1) In the changelog for dvdrip 0.52.6
(http://www.exit1.org/dvdrip/changes.cipp?version=0.52.6) author notes that
"Using transcode newer than version 0.6.14 is *not* recommended. At least
subtitling is broken for these versions, and it seems there are still several
NPTL related issues making problems." -> So I have enforced this requirement in
the ebuild.

2) From the same changelog: "Cluster mode: ogg/vorbis projects didn't work since
0.52.5." (they seem to be fixed now) -> This makes the patch for bug #98847
obsolete (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98847).

It's the final dvdrip release in the 0.52 branch.
