the fetch address for kde source files has full kde version 3.5.0 when the
server on ftp.kde.org has only 3.5

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge =kde-3.5.0
2.fail
3.

Actual Results:  
fetch error

Expected Results:  
fetch completed and build performed.
