This is mainly a Feature Request.

vpnc is very small and the tun/tap driver doesn't seem that big either. Is it
possible to have those two included for the 2006.0 livecd?

The tun/tap driver is on the LiveCD (not InstallCD) already.  I'll add vpnc. 
These will *not* be added to the InstallCD, as we do not take feature requests
for anything that is not required for a Handbook installation on that media.

Well, this was added to the x86 LiveCD.  None of the other architectures had vpnc stable, so it cannot be added there, but it is added to the spec file templates for 2007.0, so if it goes stable before now and then, we should be good.
