I've the same issue with the new stable release: 2.0.0
I've used precompiled package and source package, but there's no way, I can't
open write enabled any nfs shares.

Any suggestion?

This is really a bug you should file upstream, cause this is not
Gentoo-specific. For instance look at these two bugs:
