Gtk-perl-glade is needed for using bins, but fails to compile on my system.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gtk-perl-glade

this looks earily similar to http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93490...i'll
try and dup, currently it builds fine over here....
